She has been a teacher, teacher’s assistant, and reading tutor in Brevard County for 31 years! Kindergarten holds a special place in her heart, and she is so excited to join the IRCCA team as the new kindergarten teacher.
Lori and her husband, Frank, have been married for 30 years. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Rebekah and Aleah, and a little dog named Theo. She loves teaching children to read and write, but her greatest joy is teaching them the love and hope of Jesus Christ.

Mrs. Cassandra Steel
Kindergarten
Cassandra Steel is originally from Gainesville, Virginia. In 2024, she moved to Titusville with her husband Derrick, and their son Maverick, excited to begin a new chapter in their life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts for the Teaching Profession from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Growing up surrounded by a large and close-knit extended family, Cassandra developed a deep appreciation for the joy and energy children bring to the world. Her love for teaching blossomed early, and she has pursued that passion with heart and purpose ever since. She feels truly blessed and excited to be part of the staff at IRCCA, where she can integrate her faith with her love for teaching.
Outside the classroom, Cassandra treasures spending quality time with her husband, and their son. Together, they enjoy taking their dogs on walks, relaxing at the beach, and spending sunny afternoons by the pool. Cassandra also has a deep love for reading and finds joy in getting lost in a good book. The Steel family is active in their faith and attends church on Sundays at Park Avenue-and Maverick has the privilege to grow in his faith during the week at TKP!

Mrs. Neva Murray
First Grade
I am very excited to be a part of IRCCA. I believe God has lead me to teach first grade this year. I have three years of first grade teaching experience as well as twenty seven years of teaching in Christian and public schools. Most recently, I worked at The Kids’ Place implementing the Pyramid Model, which is a social emotional program to promote character and social skills in young children.
My husband, Steve and I have been married thirty-five years and we have raised three children. We love spending time with family, especially our two grandsons who live nearby. We love to camp, hike, play in waterfalls and experience nature. We attend and are involved at Gateway Community Church. My life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not unto your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path.”

Mrs. Keri Loeffler
First Grade
I am so excited that God has led me to IRCCA this year! I was born and raised in Oak Hill, Florida, and later moved to Dallas, Texas, to attend Bible school. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Children and Family Ministry and have had the privilege of working with students of various ages throughout my teaching career.
My experience includes teaching Kindergarten for two years, as well as 3rd and 4th grade ELA and Science. I have also spent over ten years working in preschool education. In addition, I worked with TKP before and after during my high school years, making it especially meaningful to return and see how the Lord has brought my journey full circle. I am passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom environment where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. I love helping children build confidence, develop a love of learning, and celebrate the unique strengths and gifts God has given them.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my husband. We spent much of our marriage traveling out of state for his work and are grateful to have made our way back home to Florida. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, visiting the beach, and making memories with my nieces and nephews, who bring so much joy to my life.

Mrs. Michele Dembowski
Second Grade
Michele and her husband grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Titusville, Florida in 1996. She has three, children, (Jaime, Kris, & Jennifer) and three adorable grandchildren (Braden, Olivia, & Michaela) which are all her pride and joy. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is certified to teach Prekindergarten/Primary Education Ages 3 through Grade 3. She also has her Professional Endorsement for ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Her experiences include being the Lead VPK teacher for 6 years (Certified in Emergent Literacy), 9 years teaching kindergarten, and 3 years teaching second grade.
Michele has always been a strong believer in God. When the opportunity arose to join the IRC family, she knew that this is where she needed to be. She is very excited to be our second grade teacher and grow in faith with her new students. She found this quote: “Just think, you’re not here by chance, but by God’s choosing to fulfill His special purpose for this generation.” She believes she can make a positive and long lasting impact on her students, her school, and her community.

Mrs. Kimberly Campbell
Third Grade
Kimberly grew up in Geneva, Florida, and moved to Titusville shortly before having her first daughter in 2020. Before obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education (ELA), she was a Certified Dental Assistant. After becoming a mother herself, she knew she wanted to make a positive impact on local youth and did so by teaching at Jackson Middle for two school years.
Kimberly enjoys spending time boating, swimming with her husband and daughters, and watching football games while her husband coaches for Astronaut High. She regularly attends Sunday service at The Grove Church, and both of her daughters can be found sharing their love of Christ here at IRCCA and TKP!

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University where she also received her teaching certification. She has over 20 years of experience teaching 4th grade and is very excited to be teaching at IRCCA. Diane became a teacher because she loves helping students discover new ideas, showing encouragement, and inspiring them to do their best while growing in their faith.
When she is not in the classroom, you can find her enjoying a day at the beach, travelling with her friends, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen with my husband.
She is looking forward to sharing a year filled with learning, laughter, and building strong relationships with her students and their families.
